Each bite felt thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the hotel's commitment to culinary innovation. The casual Coopers Bar was a lovely spot for leisurely lunches; I enjoyed a delightful tapas selection paired with a refreshing drink while soaking up the sunshine. Breakfast at Zest was another highlight, featuring satisfying options from fruit to hearty meats. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, creating a perfect setting for unwinding. The staff were attentive and ensured a smooth dining experience.
