The Zest Restaurant impressed with its diverse menu, offering everything from fresh seafood to flavorful vegetarian options. Each bite felt thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the hotel’s commitment to culinary innovation. The casual Coopers Bar was a lovely spot for leisurely lunches; I enjoyed a delightful tapas selection paired with a refreshing drink while soaking up the sunshine. Breakfast at Zest was another highlight, featuring satisfying options from fruit to hearty meats. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, creating a perfect setting for unwinding. The staff were attentive and ensured a smooth dining experience.
